Weight Loss Is About Willpower and Math
I started on 7/11/17 at 243.5 pounds. Today on 9/10/17 I am 214. By 11/11/17 I will be 188 pounds. People overcomplicate weight loss. Losing body weight... specifically bodyfat is a matter of the willpower to hold yourself accountable to a nutrional plan designed so that you burn more calories than you take in and the math required to do so. This video as well as every Sunday vlog I will put out from now on will outline how this is being done.
